At LIFT Performance Group, we stand behind the quality of our products and work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order accurately and safely.

Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.


Supplements (Consumable Products)

Due to the nature of ingestible and consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policy.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Customs rejections or unpaid duties

If a package is returned due to an insufficient address or failure to claim delivery, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Apparel & Non-Consumable Gear

Unworn, unused apparel and gear may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review and resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary.

  3. Contact your bank — posting delays are common.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
